Special Needs Trust Committee

Practitioners can also order a copy of the Special Needs Trust Handbook, prepared by the Georgia Special Needs Trust Alliance for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. The Georgia Special Needs Trust Alliance is a consortium of professionals offering the trial lawyers of this state the services necessary to fully advise and serve their clients’ needs. The Alliance is composed of special needs trust attorneys, financial planning specialists, and trust administrators. The Special Needs Trust Alliance offers a “turn-key” approach so that a telephone call to any of the professionals within the Alliance will take care of your client’s special needs, from advising the client about the necessity of a special needs trust, to creating a special needs trust, and ensuring the future administration of the trust.
